WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE MY REIKI SESSION?

There are simple but very important guidelines to help you get the most of this experience.

Please, make sure to:

- Keep yourself hydrated the day before, on and after your Reiki session.

- Please, refrain from wearing any strong smells such as perfume, cologne, essential oils, and cigarette odors.

- Stay away from alcohol, drugs, junk or processed foods at least 48 hours before your session.

- Avoid drinking any sugary and/or caffeinated beverages before your session

- Wear comfortable clothes. Unlike massage sessions, you will remain clothed.

-Give yourself plenty of time to reach your destination. Avoid rushing or stressing about being late.
