Yoga (Beginners/Intermediate level)

Participants will be learning how to build or improve strength, flexibility, and balance  through asanas or yoga poses. These classes are designed to help students meet their needs while also learning how to tune in to their bodies through breath and meditation.

Meditation Series For beginners TBD

In this meditation series participants will learn to go inward to connect with their physical, mental, and emotional body. Once a week, they will explore different types of meditations that will help them come into a place of calmness and relaxation.  Also, we will be exploring different areas of our lives. For example, understanding our belief system and the negative impact that might have in our daily life, how to let go of the past, releasing fear, anxiety, depression, and anger. Participants will be able to practice each type of meditation at home during the week. No experience necessary.

REIKI LEVEL 1 TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION CLASS

In this certification class, students will be introduced to the fundamentals of Usui Reiki, named after its founder Mikao Usui and how its method of healing can bring a more harmonious, peaceful, healthier, and joyful life. Students will be learning:

Reiki level 2 training and Certification

The first degree of Reiki is an exciting and delightful start of your spiritual journey of Self-discovery that allows you to move from a position of skepticism and doubt to a deeper perception and understanding about life and yourself.

In Reiki level II, practitioners feel more relaxed to move into a higher consciousness and have the willingness to experience a deeper connection with their spiritual gifts. The second degree of Reiki enhances your healing abilities for yourself and others at a higher level, and propels you into a deeper personal relationship with yourself and a closer relationship with Universal love.

In this class, participants will elevate their spiritual awareness and increase the Reiki energy channeling abilities. Here are some of the most important points we’ll cover during this class:

1.     Second level attunement.

2.    Introduction of the first 3 Reiki symbols and how to activate them during a Reiki session.

3.   Byosen scanning technique.

4.    21-Day Reiki Meditation practice.

Healing meditation through bija mantras

Balance your energy centers through their sacred sounds also called Bija Mantras. Bija means seed and these are one syllable sounds that, when said aloud, activate the energy of each chakra to balance and remove blockages from the mental, emotional, and physical body. Sae will guide you in this meditation of chanting these Bija mantras infused by Angelic energy to enhance and accelerate the healing process.
